Description (partial)

Symptom:
The OID numbers returned by the images prior to 9.2(1) are incorrect and not usable.

ENTITY-MIB::entPhysicalVendorType.48858 = OID: CISCO-ENTITY-VENDORTYPE-OID-MIB::cevModuleSFPType
ENTITY-MIB::entPhysicalVendorType.48859 = OID: CISCO-ENTITY-VENDORTYPE-OID-MIB::cevModuleSFPType
ENTITY-MIB::entPhysicalVendorType.48863 = OID: CISCO-ENTITY-VENDORTYPE-OID-MIB::cevModuleSFPType
ENTITY-MIB::entPhysicalVendorType.48878 = OID: CISCO-ENTITY-VENDORTYPE-OID-MIB::cevModuleSFPType
ENTITY-MIB::entPhysicalVendorType.48884 = OID: CISCO-ENTITY-VENDORTYPE-OID-MIB::cevModuleSFPType

All transceivers were returning same OID and such OID is not even a leaf node in the MIB definition.
