Last Modified

Mar 09, 2018

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

10.5(2)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Just as CUCM has VPN Group to allow for redundant ASA concentrator gateways, this request is to allow administrator to configure an alternative VPN Profile "Client Authentication Method" in case all certificates expire. In the case that all certificates expire and the primary "Client Authentication Method" is set to "Certificate", the administrator could allow for continued use of voice service by allowing VPN end user to also authenticate by "Username and Password" or "Password Only".

Conditions:
cucm 10.x and later
