Description (partial)

All VxLAN traffic gets dropped after removing VRF from a VNI.

The issue happens when the vrf is removed from a VNI. Even if the VNI has "host-reachability protocol" configured, upon removing vrf the VNI remains in "down" state and hence the loss of all traffic to that VNI.
