Description (partial)
Symptom: PE1 authorization is lost and PE1 stream content is not able to be descrambled and placed into IRD's MOIP or ASI outputs Conditions: IRD is tuned via RF input to a signal with no NIT (or IRD is not intended to be using NIT) *and* is configured to use Custom SI Recv mode. Issue is reproduced when these custom settings are used and signal is re-acquired Frequency Tuning: User Cfg Service List Mode: Degraded Network Information Table: Yes Service Description Table: Yes Program Association Table: Yes
