Description (partial)

Control-plane looks good for traffic class.
Data-plane is following regular routing and PFRv3 BR does not enforce traffic policy.
"show platform hardware qfp active feature pfrv3 client interface" does not list LAN interface:

This looks like something wrong that we skipped RC for the whole physical  interface if we have xconnect enabled completely for all interface, and we might need review following code changes,
We should enable and skip route control per sub-interface. I am coping Samuel and team who can help fixing the issue.
