Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASA 5525 on version 9.6.1 behavior -
ASA hits the below NAT statement ( identity NAT) and nothing gets changed in layer 3/4/7 and the communication works perfectly when an inbound call is made.

ASA 5525 on version 9.9.1.2  behavior  - 
ASA  still hits the below NAT statement ( identity NAT) but this time ASA changed layer 7 invite header to inside interface and the communication breaks when an inbound call is made.
