Symptom:
admin-cli-proxy-xr_run_cmd crashes and a core is dumped due to continued memory leak. The corresponding session into the admin VM of the router terminates after the process reaches its memory usage limit.

Conditions:
A session into the admin VM from the XR VM is created by typing "admin" on the command line interface, or by launching the admin-cli-proxy-xr_run_cmd script. This session persists for a long time, and is not idle during this lifetime.
