Cisco Bug: CSCvi19813 - dbScript.sh runs indefinitely waiting on prstat when the oninit pid list is empty

Symptom: The dbScript.sh runs indefinitely waiting on prstat when the oninit pid list is empty. Once in this state the data in the Performance UI is not updated. Additionally, over time prstat consumes significant memory resources (gigs). The oninit pid list is typically not empty, therefore this scenario is not common. bash-3.00# ptree 28108 11090 /dvs/dncs/bin/dncsInitd 426 /dvs/dncs/bin/mgrUIServer 1450 perfUIServer 5072 localhost 100663345 7 28094 sh -c dbScript.sh 28095 /usr/bin/bash /dvs/dncs/bin/dbScript.sh 28107 /usr/bin/bash /dvs/dncs/bin/dbScript.sh 28108 prstat -t -p 1 1 Conditions: The oninit pid list is not populated at the time dbScript.sh is called by the perfUIServer process.
