Description (partial)

Symptom:
8832 phone voice will be suppressed or broken at max volume when both sides speaks at the same time.

Test Conducted:

Phone A: Cisco 8832 (12-1-1).

Conf room A dimensions:196 in (L) X 134 in (W) X 120 in (H)

Phone B: 88xx phone using handset or other phones.

Confer room B dimensions: 240 in (L) X 134 in (W) X 120 in (H)

User A  and User B  is sitting in Conf room A near Phone A

User C and User D is sitting in Conf room B near Phone B

Make sure Phone A and Phone B are registered to the call manager.
Establish a call between Phone A and Phone B.
Adjust Phone A volume to Maximum.
User A near Phone A and User C near Phone B started counting 1 to 50 at the same time in a loud voice.

Test reuslt,

During double talk, voice from Phone A is suppressed or broken.
