Description (partial)

In Cisco Finesse Administration Guide, under section Contact Center Enterprise Administration & Data Server Settings, the statement, 'Make sure that the primary and backup Administration & Data Servers belong to the same site (as configured in Unified CCE) is little confusing.

The Administration Server, Real-time and Historical Data Server, and Detail Data Server (AW-HDS-DDS) can be enabled only on the primary distributor. The AW-HDS-DDS server role is disabled on the secondary real-time Administration & Data Server. Now if the CU is using 2K agents reference design where we have AW-HDS-DDS1 and AW-HDS-DDS2 configured as Primary / Primary. As per the ICM installation guide, each primary/secondary pair must have its own Site Name, and the Site Name must be the same on both Administration & Data Servers. So here as we have two Primary AW-HDS-DDS, we will put two different site name, hence the above statement is confusing.
