Description (partial)

Symptom:
For certain IPv6 error messages, the device fails to reply/forward out Parameter Problem and Time Exceeded messages.

Conditions:
With an IPv6 configured port, when receiving a packet that would trigger a Parameter Problem or when the device exceeds the re-assembly time for a fragmented packet, these error messages are never sent back to the originating host of the receiving packet.
