Description (partial)

Problem Title: [HyperV] Remote Hyper-V Manger >> "Inspect Disk" >> Unable to browse of specify (HX-DS's) VHD/X

Details: 
1. From the Remote Hyper-V Manager itself  >> Click on Inspect Disk >> and try to specify any vDisk (VHD or VHDX or AVHDX) residing on HD-Datastore:
2. Navigation to the HX-DS is blocked (it is grayed out); thus Inspect Disk Option can not be used for HX-DS's vDisk.
3. Only way to Inspect the vDisk is from a specific "VM Setting".

Symptom:
You may not be able to navigate to a specific HX-Datastore in Hyper-V Manager (Remote) as the HX-Datastore is grayed-out, and the Inspect Disk option is unavailable.

Conditions:
