Description (partial)

Symptom:
The SNMPv3 requires a username and password configuration

When configuring the platform settings of an Firepower Threat Defense unit this SNMP configuration is pushed to ASA, there are some characters in the password field that are not being accepted or parsed by Firepower Management Center and it throws various errors like:

- 'java.util.HashMap cannot be cast to com.cisco.nm.vms.api.xsd.NameEntry'
- 'An internal error ocurred'
- 'For input string: ""'

Conditions:
- All Firepower Management Center versions
- When using one or more of the following characters in the password:

{ } [ ] ( ) / \ ' " ` ~ , ; : . < >
