Symptom:
VXLAN BUM (multicast/broadcast/flood) traffic can be dropped if span destination port is enabled on 40G ports of a N9K T2 TOR swich.

Conditions:
Issue can happen when SPAN/monitor session destination port(switchport monitor) is enabled 40G ports of a N9K T2 TOR swich
