Cisco Bug: CSCvi15499 - NCS4000: Incomplete command error when configuring ODU-Flex sub-controller

Description (partial)

Symptom:
On Logical View / OpticalInterfaces / Providioning / ODU / Channelization, when the user tries to configure a sub-controller as ODU-Flex the following two problems can be observed:

- Mapping = GFP
  The action is failing with the error message <% Incomplete command.>
  
- Mapping = CBR
  When selecting SAVE the field reverts to GFP and the action is failing with the error message <% Incomplete command.>

Conditions:
1. Access CEPNM as Root or Config manager user
2. Navigate to Inventory / Network Devices
3. Select the NCS4000 device
4. Navigate to Logical View / OpticalInterfaces / Providioning / ODU / Channelization
5. Select one ODU4 controller
6. Select the Sub Controllers tab and then the ADD icon
7. Fill the form selecting ODUFLEX with Mapping = CBR
8. Select the SAVE button
9. Verify the Mapping field is reverted to GFP
10. Verify EPN displays the <% Incomplete command.> on screen
