Description (partial)

client not excluded upon IP address theft with AP3800

Steps followed:
1) Have the wlc and APs running on Build:
2) Connected a client to open wlan and configure the static ip on the client same as wlc management interface ip .
3) Seen client don't get excluded due to ip theft .

Run the same test by configuring the dynamic interface ip as static ip on client and seen client get excluded fine .

With AP3700 ,client get excluded fine when we have either dynamic or management interface ip as static ip on the client .
