Description (partial)

Symptom:
MSDP service might crash a device if adding MSDP mesh groups instead of adding peers to an already existing MSDP group.

So far this is only seen with N77-SUP2E, currently under investigation if more Nx family is affected)

Conditions:
Creating separated MSDP mesh groups instead of adding the peers to a existing mesh group is triggering a crash in the MSDP service
