Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call fails while calling from PhoneA in Cluster-1 and PhoneB's DN from Cluster-2 is SAF learned pattern from remote node.

Conditions:
Phone which is initiating the call should be in Cluster-1 and dialed DN should be SAF learned pattern from remote node.
