In CVP 11.6(1) Installation and Upgrade Guide for Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal, under Important Considerations for Upgrade, there is a statement indicating "Ensure that a CVP unit remains offline until you upgrade all the components in a unit." This is somewhat confusing considering the fact that the CVP Unit comprise of Call Server, VXML Server and Reporting Server, and the site can have multiple Call/VXML Server with one associated Reporting Server.

Also there is no mention if we can manage CVP Servers using CVP 11.6(1) Ops Console.
