Symptom:
UCCX 11.6(1)
CUCM 11.5 SU3b
REM 11.6 ES3 Server side
REM 11.6 ES4 IOS Advanced SDK
Call goes into the queue. Music on hold to put customer in the queue. Then it is routed to Agent. 
Windows 10 IE 11, Client side web advanced SDK, you only can see either agent or selfview, audio is good.
Chrome/Firefox works fine
