Description (partial)

Symptom:
In case that GRE tunnel is configured on the M3 card, unicast or multicast traffic might be incorrectly processed by the box and traffic destined to tunnel will be dropped, connectivity outside of the tunnel works fine. Issue been reproduced in case that underlying transport of tunnel is VLAN interface, in case of L3 interface, GRE tunnel work fine.

NOTE:Control plane protocols like for example OSPF will have problem to established adjacency over the tunnel (stuck in INIT state on one peer)

Conditions:
GRE tunnel configured on the M3 card with SVI in underlay .OSPF and PIM on GRE Tunnel does not work.
