Description (partial)

Symptom:
CTIOS Agent Statistics (LoggedOnTimeToday, AvailTimeToday, NotReadyTimeToday) is getting reset around 00:00 UTC for all agents. The issue is observed only when the agent logs out and then back in after 00:00 UTC. If the agent does not logout, stats continue to collect correctly.

CTIOS Agent statistics should be reset based on the Peripheral Gateway Server local time zone 00:00 hour time.

Conditions:
Issue occurs if Peripheral Gateway is in any time zone other than UTC, and agents logout and log back in after 00:00 UTC.
