Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Cisco APIC Config differs from leaf switch programming when verifying the autonomous system number (ASN) prepend output.

For example, the Cisco APIC is configured to prepend ASN xxxx once, however, a border leaf switch is programmed to prepend that same ASN 4x, which is unexpected.

From APIC (show run from NXOS-Style CLI):

leaf <>
 template route-profile <> <> 0
   scope combinable
set as-path prepend xxxx <<< defined only once
   exit

route-map <>
 cope global
 match route group <>
  inherit route-prorilfe <> <>

On Switch (from vsh):

'show route-map'

route-map <>, permit, sequence <>
 Match clauses:
   ip address prefix-lists:
   set clauses:
     tag <>
as-path prepend xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx <<< programmed multiple times unexpectedly

Conditions:
Using AS-prepend feature on an affected version.
