Release-note Symptom: Error messages printed by ISIS: isis: %ROUTING-ISIS-3-SRGB_FREE_ERR : SRGB free Error: 'SRGB-free failed for start_lbl 16000 size 8000. (So far fail 176) srgb=(16000 23999, SRGB_FREE_PENDING, 0x3): 0x42d39c00, 'MPLS_LSD' detected the 'warning' condition 'Label is bound to a FPI'' SR labels not being programmed in RIB and LSD, because old SRGB is not freed and therefore new SRGB is not getting allocated. Conditions: Problem happend when SRGB is changed, while there is a node with strict SPF SID only (without having a regular SID).
