Description (partial)

vrf of the secondary Private-Vlan may go out of sync with Primary Private-Vlan, causing Layer 3 Traffic drops over SVI

When updating SVI properties on primary vlan that exists on non-default vrf, we might end up resetting vrf of the secondary vlan to default vrf.
