Description (partial)

Symptom:
The bundle file cannot be deleted in the following scenarios: 

While uploading a bundle file, if you try to close the browser or delete the bundle file, the status of the bundle file is displayed as Failed to Delete. The bundle file cannot be deleted if the status is Failed to Delete.

While uploading a bundle file, if you log out of the appliance and then log in, the status of the bundle file is displayed as Upload in Progress. The bundle file cannot be deleted if the status is Upload in Progress.

If you upload an invalid bundle file, the status of the file is displayed as Failed to Upload.The bundle file cannot be deleted if the status is Failed to Upload.

Conditions:
This issue occurs when the status of the bundle file is  Failed to Delete, or Failed to Upload, or Upload in Progress.
