Symptom:
Wrap-up reason missing on Recent Call History report of Finesse Live Data Gadget when doing Consult Transfer in Finesse

Issue started after upgrade from 10.6

Conditions:
UCCX 11.6.1

Issue only happens when doing Consult Transfer in Finesse, for the rest of the scenarios, we can see the Wrap-up reason.

Wrapup reports on CUIC show the information, the issue in only on the Gadget
