Symptom:
From Appliance events we see on failure to start AG:
APPLIANCE_ANALYSIS_ENGINE_FAILURE
ANALYSIS_COMPLETED_BUT_TOOK_TOO_LONG

Conditions:
Deleting the Assurance Group Config and re-creating with same Name is causing ?Failed to start analysis?.
