Symptom:
After removing SR-enabled address-family from ISIS, the ISIS process may start repeatedly printing the following messages

RP/0/0/CPU0:Mar 26 02:00:07.834 PDT: isis[1011]: %ROUTING-ISIS-3-SRGB_FREE_ERR : SRGB free Error: 'SRGB-free failed for start_lbl 30000 size 10000. (So far fail 16) srgb=(30000 39999, SRGB_FREE_PENDING, 0x4): 0x42d39c00, 'MPLS_LSD' detected the 'warning' condition 'Label is bound to a FPI''

Conditions:
The problem may happen when there are SRTE tunnels configured with Autoroute Announce.
