Secure Mac entries are not getting deleted when interface is in shutdown state

Symptom:
Secure MAC entries are not cleared from Mac table when interface is shutdown
This can be observed from,
Device Manager->Monitor->Statistics-Port Security-> Sticky Mac.

Conditions:
Sequence of action leading to this defect, 
(1) Device has leant Secure mac entries for an interface. 
(2) Shut that interface 
(3) Observe that MAC entries exist in 
Device Manager->Monitor->Statistics-Port Security-> Sticky Mac.
