Last Modified

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Unlike classic IOS, IOS-XE logs displays additional CPP data-plane information in syslog related to QFP, e.g. for NAT:

%IOSXE-6-PLATFORM: F0: cpp_cp: QFP:00 Thread:002 TS:00069855325959491994 %NAT-6-ADDR_ALLOC_FAILURE: Address allocation failed; pool 1 may be exhausted

This makes the log messages harder to read and often this information is not needed for daily operations.
