Description (partial)

Symptom:
If the OSPF router instance on the NCS1001 has been crated with a name different from NCS1K1, EPNM is failing to discover the OSC link between two devices.

Conditions:
1. From CLI configure the OSPF router with a name different from NCS1K1 on the two NCS1001 devices
2. From CLI verify the OSPF neighbours to verify connectivity between the devices
3. Access CEPNM as Root user
4. Add the NCS1001 devices to EPNM
5. Wait for first discovery to complete
6. Navigate to Maps / Network Topology
7. Verify the OSC link is not discovered
