Description (partial)

Symptom:
Link between N7K running on 6.2(16) on N7K-F248XT-25E with SUP2E and end device will not stay up. Link will keep flapping and get error-disabled

Conditions:
Switch is running on 6.2(16) on N7K-F248XT-25E with SUP2E. We have verified this behavior on multiple line cards when we tried to connect N9K or different servers to N7K. CU even reloaded the issue to meet project deadlines but we still see the same behavior
