Description (partial)

Symptom:
Optics Module in question: QSFP-100G-SM-SR with vendor name: CISCO-INNOLIGHT.
Issue: "Optics module in question" will not be recognized in XR SW. 

Problem scenario 1:
When the router/linecard booted up with "Optics Module in question" is present, 
show inventory CLI entry for the optics will show the description as "QSFP TYPE UNKNOWN", find the CLI o/p snippet below
RP/0/RP0/CPU0:ios#show inventory 
NAME: "HundredGigE0/0/1/2", DESCR: "Cisco QSFP TYPE UNKNOWN Pluggable Optics Module"
PID: QSFP-100G-SM-SR   , VID: V02, SN: INL21490060

And "show controllers optics R/S/I/P"  CLI o/p the optics type will be "QSFP TYPE UNKNOWN", find the CLI o/p snippet below.

Problem scenario 2:
When "Optics module in question" inserted/OIRed, the optics will not be recognized in XR SW. show inventory will not show the entry for the port no. which the ?Optics module in question? is inserted.

Affected platforms/linecards in NCS5500:
NCS-5501, NCS-5501-SE, NCS-5502, NCS5502-SE, NCS-55A1-36H-S, NCS-55A1-24H and on all Modular linecards supported until 632 release.

Conditions:
This issue happens only with "QSFP-100G-SM-SR with vendor name: CISCO-INNOLIGHT" optics module.
