Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a 5760 WLC running 3.7.5 has its AP count go over 200 AP's connected to the controller, the following error may be seeing when issuing an SNMP GET:

example:Feb 15 09:49:26 192.168.246.1 cLMobilityExtMCApCountLicensesInUse.0 = NULL TYPE/VALUE

Conditions:
AP count over 200, if the AP count is less than 200 APs, the error is not seen and the SNMP GET works as expected
