Cisco Bug: CSCvi08964 - DGIO: Enhancement needed on dejittering regulation to support streams with low IP packet rate
Apr 20, 2018
- Cisco Digital Content Manager (DCM) Software
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: The IP dejittering long term regulation on the MIC board might behave sub-optimally when dejittering very low bit-rate streams, which are packetized with more than 1 TS packet per IP packet. This might result in a slow dejitter buffer decrease or increase, finally ending up in a dejitter buffer reset or time-out. Conditions: Very low bit-rate stream (e.g. < 500kbps) is applied. This stream is not packetized in the (recommended) 1 TS packet per IP packet.
