Description (partial)

Symptom:
The IP dejittering long term regulation on the MIC board might behave sub-optimally when dejittering very low bit-rate streams, which are packetized with more than 1 TS packet per IP packet.
This might result in a slow dejitter buffer decrease or increase, finally ending up in a dejitter buffer reset or time-out.

Conditions:
Very low bit-rate stream (e.g. < 500kbps) is applied. This stream is not packetized in the (recommended) 1 TS packet per IP packet.
