Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer is running 5.3.4
He is running eigrp between his ASR9K?s
Each router has two links, one link with metric delay 5 and the second with metric delay 10.
They have floating static route configured (AD 250) and its redistributed in eigrp

Problem description:
In RSP440 (After HW upgrade from RSP-4G) they had any issue as route start to flap between static and eigrp which cause outage till then lowered the AD of the static route below 170.

Below behavior observed :
while using RSP-4G the eigrp route received from neighbour was ignored due to dup routerid,
while using other route processor (RSP440/A99-RP2-SE) the route is accepted even if the router is the originator for it.

This was tested on several IOS-XR (5.1.3,5.3.4,6.1.2,6.2.2) and the same behaviour was observed.

Basically the issue observed in little-endian platforms like RSP440/A99-RP2-SE.

Conditions:
floating static route configured (AD 250) and its redistributed in eigrp with two or more links with peer device.

Effects only in little endian platform (RSP440/A99-RP2-SE) .. issue applicable to from 04.03 onwards
