Description (partial)

Symptom:
Currently when you filter a report based on a Skill and an Agent has multiple skills it will return the calls from that skill and all calls for every other skill that Agent has.

Conditions:
Running an Agent report and trying to filter by Skill.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
