Description (partial)

Symptom:
Wireless Client is not able to get authenticated when using EAP and 3800 APs . As this is using the fragmentation to send the certificate.

Conditions:
Affect 2800/3800/1560 series access points.
WLC running 8.2.166.0 or 8.3.133.0
