Description (partial)

Symptom:
Failover status is shown as UNAVAILABLE on both nodes, although Live Data is working fine after restart of Live data severs. Publisher is actually in 'PAIRED-ACTIVE' state, and subscriber is in 'PAIRED-STANDBY' status as per the Worker logs -- but failover status was showing wrongly.

Conditions:
Timezone is set to Asia/Dubai on LD server.
