Description (partial)

Symptom:
CCMP 11.6  The Skillgroup details are not getting loaded on the UI. Error "Something went wrong"

Conditions:
This was because the page that loads the Skillgroup details expects the MRD to be present in the db. The import of the MRD details was blocked and we cleared it. The lock is a safety mechanism and can happen due to multiple reasons for e.g. out of sequence imports, unhandled exceptions etc. and avoids database to be corrupted with incorrect information. Generally, they automatically go away. For the ones that remain, like in this case, removing them is a regular DB process and not a new thing. Once we removed the lock, the memberships came in and we weren't able to reproduce it. As a learning from this case, in v12, we can relay a more logical error message on the screen to point the users to the correct problem and also add a DBCheck utility to unlock the objects.
