Description (partial)

Symptom:
Performance degration seen on sending live streaming over https with interposer ssl in 641 when compared to 623d.

Conditions:
The calculation of buffers is going wrong while converting from signed and unsigned value in TCP in some of the corner cases. This calculation happens while advertising the window sizes to TCP peers and there is a possibility of advertising the wrong window size. Due to this high packet drops observed at times and resulting into throughput degradation

Applies to 623d ES3 Release
