Symptom:
lAdapter uplink interface on security module showing link state unavailable.

Adapter uplink interface 1/1/2/1 on security module 1 link state: unavailable. Please check switch blade-facing port status. Resetting security module might be required

The Internal interface such as E1/10 show as not connected.

The adapter kernel crashes  causing the cruz adapter link to go down.

We are likely to find some core files under local-mgmt such as 1516514874_palo-mcpu_BCxx_MEZZxxxx_kernel_core file
