Description (partial)

Symptom:
The following fault (or like) is seen on a Fabric Interconnect port when it is no longer connected to a Cisco Server
	"1/4 on FI-B is connected by a ucs server device, and may config as a server port"

Conditions:
The port was previously connected to a Cisco Server but is now connected to a different device.
Seen UCS Mini 6324 FI-IOMs and 6200 Fabric Interconnect.
