Symptom: Customer uploads a corrupt RPM downloaded from Cisco.com and the upgrade fails requiring a troubleshooting session and delay in the upgrade. Conditions: The message as to why the upgrade has failed is not intuitive in the UI and the upgrade fails due to a corrupt RPM. The manual does not contain a step asking the user to verify the RPM MD5 HASH.
