Description (partial)

Symptom:
following error appears during configuration commit:
!!% 'km' detected the 'warning' condition 'insufficient memory available'

"show qos-ea trace errors location <location>" have following messages at that moment:
example:
KM_LTP2 tcam enteries (3405) for policymap POLICYMAPNAME greater than max supported (3072)


Example below shows that currently 3060 TCAM entries are used (TCAM memory name is NP_APP_ID_QOS)
