Description (partial)

After enabling APNS successfully or not, Cloud Onboarding page shows informational message:
Cisco Cloud Onboarding Completed. Please navigate to Control Center - Network Services page under Unified Serviceability and restart the XCP Router service on all IM&P servers after you enable or disable Push Notification. Restarting the XCP Router service will disconnect all clients and should be performed during a maintenance window".

Documentation states:
Restarting the Cisco XCP Router does not update the Status message in the Cisco Cloud Onboarding Configuration window. If you complete the above procedure for all nodes and then return to the Cisco Cloud Onboarding Configuration window, the Status message will still say that you need to restart the Cisco XCP router. However, you need restart it only once on each IM and Presence cluster node

Enhancement Request:
Keeping this informational message may be confusing to Admins without knowing details of onboarding process.
Rather than having generic message indicating IMP services need restart, the page should show:
1) if all parts of onboarding process were successful, just show "Onboarding Process Complete" or something similar

2) if onboarding process fails or is incomplete:
>> for failure: indicate what failed
>> for incompletion (e.g. IMP services not restarted)
note timestamp of last onboarding configuration attempt
note timestamp of last XCP Router restart and indicate that XCP Router needs new restart as a result of latest onboarding attempt.  After XCP Router restart is done, this message should disappear.
