Description (partial)

Symptom:
HTML5 vKVM for ESXi login option after pressing F2, leave 'Configured Keyboard' as US_default. With non US_default keyboard mapping on client. Browser sends keystrokes to authentication window with proper local mapping. 

If set KVM ESX login for 'Configured Keyboard' to non US_default: it start sending keystrokes like if local client has En_US keyboard. Wrong mapping in place.

Conditions:
-blade: ESXi, UCSM 3.2(2d), HTML5 KVM
-client: Windows or MacOS. Non-US keyboard mapping for local computer set. Browser independant (Chrome/Firefox, InternetExplorer)
