Symptom:
Symptom
When a CISCO QSA (active QSA) is inserted without a SFP and a port breakout is tried on it then a error occurs
interface breakout module 1 port 11 map 10g-4x
error: Breakout not supported with QSA Adapter
Workaround
1.	For N3ks where dme is enabled using the command, disable the dme using ?no system dme enable?
2.	For N3k with XL pid there is no workaround
3.	For N9k and N3k where dme is enabled by default remove the breakout cli on the port and the port will come up and is unaffected by the bug
