Description (partial)

In DME, there is some confusion for how mac address-table entries marked with "+" and "*"

"+" entries should be marked "primary-vpc-peer" as these are entries learned on peer interface.
"*" entries should be marked "primary" as these are entries learned locally.
Issue is that "primary-vpc-peer" is getting set for any mac learned on a vpc interface, whether that mac was locally learned or not. Likewise, "primary" is getting set for macs learned on vpc peer orphan ports. These flags should only refer to locally learnt ("primary") or remotely learnt ("primary_vpc_peer"), and should not care if source interface is VPC or not.

In DME, type of l2MacAddressEntry may have the wrong information.
      "l2MacAddressEntry": {
        "attributes": {
          "age": "0",
          "dn": "sys/macs/vlan-[vlan-1]-mac-00:39:F1:00:D1:0E",
          "macAddress": "00:39:F1:00:D1:0E",
          "port": "po99",
          "type": "primary-vpc-peer",
          "vlan": "vlan-1"
